J. Kristopher “Kris” Wood brings more than 15 years of executive leadership experience, having served in multiple C-level roles including CEO, COO, and Chief Restructuring Officer. His experience spans complex operational, industrial, and infrastructure-focused organizations navigating periods of growth, transition, restructuring, and organizational change.
Kris has led organizations with workforces exceeding 375 employees, administered multi-million-dollar U.S. government and commercial contracts, negotiated agreements with the U.S. Navy and Maritime Administration, and supported the development of large-scale industrial infrastructure projects.
He was also appointed by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas to serve as Chief Restructuring Officer of a company operating through bankruptcy proceedings.
