Over more than 15 years in executive leadership, Kris has led organizations with more than 375 employees, administered multi-million-dollar government and commercial contracts, developed large-scale industrial facilities, and worked directly with government agencies, regulatory authorities, lenders, customers, vendors, and other critical stakeholders.
